No Smoking Policy
All rooms, decks and outside property are non-smoking. Violations will result in a $250.00 credit card charge or expulsion.
Reservation Policy:
An advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay or 100% for a one night stay, is required by credit card before reservations are confirmed. (One night stay will be charged in two increments.)
Cancellation Policy:
Upon cancellation outside of 14 days, your deposit will be refunded less $50.00 per room cancellation charge or 100% of the deposit can be applied toward a future reservation. Cancellation under 14 days, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire reservation. If we are able to re-rent any of the reserved days booked, we will create a gift certificate in the amount that can be used towards a future stay.
No refunds will be issued for early departure.
Check-in time: 2:00 P.M. Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed on the first floor only.
All pets must be registered in the office and be accompanied by owner at all times. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per pet per night. Pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied and housekeeping must be able to have access to the room between 11:00 – 2:00.
