Booking Information

Booking Policy:

An advance deposit of one nights stay is required, by credit card, before reservations are confirmed.  Upon cancellation, your deposit will  be returned less a $50.00 per room cancellation charge.  There will be no refund of deposits for cancellations within seven (7) days of check-in.  No refunds will be issued for early departure.

Pet Policy:

Pets allowed on first floor only.
All pets must be registered in office and accompanied by owner at all times.  $10 charge per evening per pet.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only; no smoking in rooms or on front or back decks.  Violations will result in $100.00 credit card charge or expulsion.

3rd Floor is reserved for adults only.
