Office Hours: We are open from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. If you plan on arriving late, please let us know and we will gladly make arrangements for your keys to be picked up by you.
Children: Children are not allowed on the 3rd floor of the building. All toys and beach
equipment must be placed either in your room or car during the evening.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed on the first floor (rooms 1-7) and must
be kept in the company of their owners at all times. The management reserves
the right to remove any undesirable dog from the property. There is a $10
charge per dog.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or on the decks.
Parking: One parking space is available for each room. Please park between
the white lines.

Booking Policy : An advance deposit of one night's stay is required, by check
or credit card, before reservations are confirmed. Upon cancellation, deposits will
be returned less a $50.00 cancellation charge but there will be no refund of deposits
for cancellations within three (3) days of check-in. Any cancellation charges or
forfeited deposits will be credited to new bookings made in the same calendar year.
